Sugar free Meringues image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 - egg whites
6 tablespoon(s) erythritol
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/4 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • Beat all ingredients until glossy but not stiff.
  • bake at 250 for 18-20 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 200 and bake for another 18-20 minutes until golden.
  • Cool in oven for two hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR!!!!!
