Sugar Free Fruit Pie image

1 small box vanilla flavor sugar free cook and serve pudding
1 small box Jell-O Any Flavor Fruit Gelatin
1 1/2 cups water or fruit juice
2 cups canned or fresh fruit
1 graham cracker crust
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip (optional)

Steps:

  • In a sauce pan put the pudding, Jell-O Gelatin and the water or fruit juice. Mix well. Stir continuously until thick or boiling. Then cut the fruit up and add to the pan, mix.
  • Then pour it into the graham cracker crust. Put in the refrigerator until jelled.
  • Then you can put the Cool Whip on top or when you get out slices of pie.
