Stuffed Cordon Bleu Burgers image

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
1 slice OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped
1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
4 sourdough sandwich rolls, split, toasted

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat and dressing; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Combine mayo and mustard. Mix 1 Tbsp. mayo mixture with ham and cheese. Reserve remaining mayo mixture for later use. Top 4 patties with ham mixture; cover with remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.
  • Grill 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160°F).
  • Spread rolls with remaining mayo mixture; fill with burgers.
