Strawberry S'mores Skillet Cookie image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 - 16 ounce package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 - 21 ounce can strawberry pie filling
2 cup(s) mini marshmallows
1/4 cup(s) dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Press the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 10 inch cast iron skillet. Open the pie filling and use a fork to smash the bigger berries. Spread over the cookie dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Remove and top with the marshmallows. Place in the oven and bake another 3 minutes, then turn the oven to broil and continue for another 1-2 minutes. Watch the marshmallows carefully, so they do not burn. Remove and cool slightly.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir until creamy. Place in a plastic baggie and cut off one tip. Drizzle over the toasted marshmallows. Serve with bowls and spoons. Makes 1 skillet cookie.
