Strawberry Pie image

Treating them to this no-bake, diner-style strawberry pie is as easy as you-know-what. In just 20 minutes you can have it chillin' in the fridge.

1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1/2 cup ice cubes
1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spread onto bottom of crust.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until melted. Let stand 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, arrange strawberries over top of pie.
  • Spoon gelatin over strawberries. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
