1/2 cup walnut halves
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
4 cups loosely packed mixed baby salad greens
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup slivered red onions
2 Tbsp. slivered fresh mint
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Steps:

  • Cook first 6 ingredients in skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until sugar is completely dissolved and nuts are evenly coated with sugar syrup, stirring constantly.
  • Spread onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet; cool completely.
  • Toss salad greens with remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add nuts; mix lightly.
