Strawberry Champagne Punch image

Strawberry-champagne punch ready in 30 minutes! Impress your guests with this cold drink!

1 cup water
1 (3-oz.) pkg. Jell-O™ strawberry-flavored gelatin
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (half 12-oz. can)
2 cups cold water
1 (750 ml) bottle rosé wine, chilled
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled
1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries with stems, frozen

Steps:

  • Bring water to a boil in small saucepan. Add gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool 15 minutes.
  • In punch bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, cold water and gelatin mixture; mix well.
  • Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and frozen strawberries.
