STIRRED EGG CUSTARD image

3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pint milk
Method

Steps:

  • Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together, place in top of double saucepan. Warm milk and stir into egg mixture. Stir constantly over simmering water until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool.
