Steps:
- 1. Add sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Reduce sauce to a 1/3.
- 2. Meanwhile, blanch greens beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes than place in a water bath. Drain green beans
- 3. Add oil to a high-heat wok. Saute onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger and lemon grass for 1 minute.
- 4. Add red peppers and green beans to wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- 5. Toss in lobster and stir fry for 1 minute. Add warm sauce and cook until veggies and lobster are well coated and heated through. Serve warm.
