STEVE'S BRUSCHETTA image

Number Of Ingredients 9

Chopped tomatoes
Basil
Red onion
Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh mozzarella
French baguette
Good Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil

Steps:

  • Heat vinegar in a pan and reduce by 1/2 to a syrup and let cool. Chop tomatoes put in a bowl with finely diced red onion, garlic, basil, grated parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette. Toast baguette slices with olive oil and rub with garlic clove when hot out of oven. Place slice of mozzarella on toast, top with tomato mixture and drizzle with reduction.
