Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups chopped Roma Tomatos
2 tablespoons minced Garlic
2 tablespoons chopped Basil
1 tablespoon chopped Italian Parsley
2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Lightly toss together (do not over toss - will bruise tomatos). Refrigerate for 1 hour
