Steps:
- heat oil in a skillet, sear steak on both sides; remove to cutting board and cut into bite size pieces and return to skillet; add mushrooms and seasonings and saute quickly until cooked to your liking, transfer to warm serving dish; add a little more oil and heat quickly, saute onion, zucchini, sesame seeds, S&P, soy sauce; toss just til tender and transfer to steak plate; add a little more oil and saute bean sprouts till transparent, adding S&P and soy sauce; toss until tender, add to steak; serve with rice and dipping sauces
