Stacey's Creamy Mac N Cheese image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pounds elbow macaroni
1 units seasoning
1 pounds cheddar cheese
1 sticks butter
0.5 cups flour
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoons ground pepper
1 teaspoons hot sauce
1.5 teaspoons dry mustard
4 cups milk
1 units smoked paprika

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni for 6 minutes, drain and rinse. Shake generous amt. of Buck's All-Purpose Seasoning over macaroni and toss. Shred cheese.
  • Melt butter over low heat. Whisk in flour, whisk until thick and bubbly. Add salt, pepper, hot sauce, and dry mustard. Slowly add milk; continue to whisk until slightly thick. Add cheese and melt completely over med heat. Stir in macaroni.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour mac n cheese in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes.
