Steps:
- Cook macaroni for 6 minutes, drain and rinse. Shake generous amt. of Buck's All-Purpose Seasoning over macaroni and toss. Shred cheese.
- Melt butter over low heat. Whisk in flour, whisk until thick and bubbly. Add salt, pepper, hot sauce, and dry mustard. Slowly add milk; continue to whisk until slightly thick. Add cheese and melt completely over med heat. Stir in macaroni.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour mac n cheese in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes.
