Time 45m

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lb pork sausage
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp louisiana hot sauce
1/2 tsp mexene chili powder
1 1/2 c biscuit baking mix
4 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • 3. Form into one inch balls.
  • 4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown in preheated oven.
  • 6. I like to freeze mine before baking. I put the frozen balls in a ziplock bag in the freezer. When I get ready to cook them, I place them on a baking pan. It takes a little longer to cook them if they are frozen first.
