Steps:
- Cut pork into small pieces. Toss it with 1 tsp cornstarch, soy or ponzu & pepper, cover and refrigerate for 20 min. Heat wok or large pan. Add vegetable oil, pork and garlic; cook until pork is no longer pink. Add cabbage and bell pepper; stir fry 2 minutes. Add chili paste and chicken broth; heat to boil. Add cornstarch mixture; cook, stirring, until thickened, about 10 seconds.
