Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 1. Pour chick peas into colander and drain. Rinse very well under running water. Pat dry - chickpeas won't turn crunchy if soggy. 2. Toss chickpeas with oil and spread on cookie sheet. 3. Roast for 30-40 minutes. Turn and stir every 10 minutes so won't burn until brown and crispy. 4. Take out, toss with salt & spice.
