Steps:
- Cut chicken into small pieces. In a bowl, combine 1/2 of the green onions, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, first tbs olive oil and red and black pepper. Add the chickn pieces and stir to coat. Let stand 30 minutes at room temp. Drain, reserving marinade. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add chicken pieces. Cook and stir until no longer pink. Stire cornstarch into reserved marinade. Add to skillet with the chicken. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Spoon on pizza crust, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes. Top with remaining onions and pine nuts. Cook 2 minutes longer.
