Steps:
- PLACE 3 pieces of beef in slow cooker.
- IN a small bowl, combine water, jalapenos, and dry dressing mix. Pour over beef.
- COVER and cook on low 8-10 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
- REMOVE beef and shred using 2 forks. Place shredded beef back in juices. Stir and serve on rolls.
