How to make Spicy French Dip

Number Of Ingredients 5

12 3-lb boneless beef roast, cut in thirds
½ c water
4 oz can dive jalapeno peppers, drained
1 dry Italian salad dressing mix
12 crusty sandwich rolls

Steps:

  • PLACE 3 pieces of beef in slow cooker.
  • IN a small bowl, combine water, jalapenos, and dry dressing mix. Pour over beef.
  • COVER and cook on low 8-10 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
  • REMOVE beef and shred using 2 forks. Place shredded beef back in juices. Stir and serve on rolls.
