- Add bay leave and dried red chilly.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Add turmeric, cumin, coriander and garam masala.
- Add dried fish.
- Stir for couple of minutes.
- Add onion.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped boiled potatoes.
- Stir and cook for another minute.
- Add Asafetida.
- Add chilly powder.
- Stir and cook for another minutes.
