Steps:
- Bring water, rice and salt to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, covered for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together dry spices. Melt butter in a medium sauté pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add spicies and worchestershire, cook until fragrant. Add shrimp and tomatoes. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add beer, cover and cook 1 minute more. Serve with rice.
