Spicy Cajun Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup dry-pack sun-dried tomato
1 (8-ounce) package 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup , chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup , chopped green onion
1 garlic clove, minced
/12 teaspoon celery seeds
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl, pour 1 cup boiling water over tomatoes. Let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and chop tomatoes.2. Meanwhile, in another small bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt and chili sauce mix well. Add tomatoes and all remaining ingredients mix well. Refrigerate until serving time.3. Just before serving, stir dip.
