Steps:
- 1. Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir well.
- 2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Fold into nut mixture until well coated.
- 3. Bake on a buttered pan at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
