- MANGO & STRAWBERRY PURÉE: In a blender or food processor combine strawberries, simple syrup, and strained mango purée and blend until smooth. SANGRIA: Place all ingredients (excluding sparkling wine) into a large glass container, cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, pour into an ice-filled pitcher about 2/3 of the way full. Add fresh sliced fruits and mint and top with sparkling wine, stir gently to mix.
