Steps:
- In skillet brown hamburger, drain and add taco seasoning: follow instructions on pkg.
- In another skillet, brown rice vermicelli with margarine. Then add corn, tomatoes, water and seasoning pack. Let simmer according to directions.
- When done add hamburger meat and stir to mix, then top with grated cheddar cheese and let sit for a few minutes so cheese melts.
