Spaghetti Pie image

Leftover spaghetti? Use it up by making a delicious spaghetti pie!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 pound(s) leftover cooked spaghetti
2 - eggs
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1/4 cup(s) goat cheese
1/4 cup(s) aspargus for garnish

Steps:

  • Chop and cook asparagus for garnish.
  • Put the spaghetti with it's leftover sauce in a bowl.
  • Beat 2 eggs and pour into spaghetti.
  • Add the goat cheese.
  • Pour mixture into sprayed 9 inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkl top of pie with grated parmesan cheese and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Garnish the pie with asparagus before cutting.
