Steps:
- She uses her muffin tin to create Spaghetti and Meatballs Muffin Bites. They make scrumptious appetizers for the family. Best of all, they are very simple to make. She uses 6 ounces of spaghetti and fills a large pot with water to place it in, and lets it boil for 7 minutes. She then drains and tosses the pasta with 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil so that it does not stick together, and lets the pasta cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, meanwhile preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Prepping the muffin tin with plenty of cooking spray, she then prepares her spaghetti to be placed in the muffin tin by tossing it with Parmesan cheese and dividing it evenly into the twelve muffin cups. She describes them looking like a spaghetti nest at this point. She also adds a tablespoon of pasta sauce, and any sauce can be used. For an extra bit of protein, she places a meatball in each muffin tin. Once fully baked, she lets them cool before placing on a serving dish. For a beautiful presentation, she sprinkles a little more Parmesan cheese and fresh basil over the baked spaghetti muffin bites. What a fun and delicious twist on spaghetti dinner!
