Soy Sauce Substitute image

This recipe is a substitue for store-bought soy sauce. Its color and flavor will make you think it is the genuine article! I found this recipe in Cooking For Two magazine. Total time to make - about two minutes.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 tablespoon(s) beef bouillon granules
1 and 1/2 cup(s) boiling water
- 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
1 tablespoon(s) dark molasss

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.
