I love using ground turkey instead of ground beef, but I hate how dry turkey burgers are unless they are "beefed" up. This recipe has evolved in my attempts to make turkey burgers juicy and delicious!

Steps:
- Combine the chipotles and mayo in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to assemble burgers.
- In a saute pan heat oil, then add onions, garlic, and green pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and stir until well blended. Remove pan from heat and add the corn and black beans. Stir carefully
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, corn chips, and spices. Add the corn and black bean mixture and egg. Mix well.
- Shape mixture into 4 burgers. Grill over medium high heat until cooked through (about 10-15 minutes). Assemble burgers placing one on each roll with the tomato and avocado slices and chipotle mayo.
