Southwest Four Cheese Chicken image

We really love this recipe which was originally developed using our recently discontinued FRESH TAKE Cheese Bread Crumb Mix. You can still make this tasty recipe with our recipe revisions. Give it a try!

1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine bread crumbs and seasonings in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
  • Moisten chicken with water. Coat with cheese mixture, 1 piece at a time. Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chicken. (Chicken will not be completely coated.) Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  • Bake 28 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
