1# ground beef
1med. Onion chopped
1/4c chopped gr pepper
16oz kidney beans
14-15oz diced Tom.
1/2c uncooked inst. rice
1/2c h2o
11/2t chili pdr
1t garlic salt
3/4c shredded cheese
Tortillas/corn chips

Steps:

  • Brown beef & drain. Mix in all other ingred except cheese & chips bring to boil reduce heat simmer 20min. Covered stirring occ. remove from heat spread with cheese serve w/ chips
