Southern Grandma's Corn Pudding image

This is a wonderful recipe if you're looking for a true Southern corn pudding. It's an easy side dish that goes well with ham or turkey. It would be a great addition to your Thanksgiving dinner.

4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 stick margarine, melted
2 cans creamed corn
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2. Beat eggs well in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, melted margarine, creamed corn and milk. Mix well.
  • 3. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake 45 - 60 minutes until firm.
