Number Of Ingredients 4

1 3/4 cups frozen soursop pulp, thawed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Spiced Rum
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Process the soursop pulp in a blender or food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and puree. Pour the mixture into a metal baking pan, lined with saran wrap. Cover with aluminum foil or saran wrap and freeze until sides are firm. Stir the mixture with a fork. Return to freezer until frozen.
