Steps:
- All you do is add 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla per cup of sour cream. Stir in a pinch of salt, and that's pretty much it. You pour this on top of a just-out-of-the-oven cheese cake or a hot chocolate pie, put it in the oven for 5 minutes at 300 degrees, F, let cool, and you've got a fantastic tangy-sweet semi-set topping that, well, it's just the best. And that's why I saved it for last.
