For 1 - 2 servings:
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1 package Buddig Beef
For 3 - 4 servings:
4 Tbsp Buttter
4 Tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Milk
2 packages Buddig Beef

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan on medium. Add flour and salt; stir until smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk and heat at medium to medium-high until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Cut up beef and add to the sauce; heat through. Serve over toast of biscuits
