Number Of Ingredients 12

1/3 c olive oil
2 c. diced smoked ham or 2 ham hocks or a ham bone
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 med. Carrots vry finely chopped
1 med. Onion chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c sofrito
2-3 c lentils
6-8 c chicken broth
2 bay leaves
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Cook. Can serve with Pineapple vinegar.
