Steps:
- Sprinkle yeast and sugar over warm water; let stand 5 min. or until yeast is dissolved and foamy, stirring if necessary.
- Meanwhile, place flour and salt in bowl of food processor. Pulse to blend. Pour yeast mixture down feed tube with processor running. Continue processing until dough forms, 15 to 20 sec. Remove dough from processor; knead 2 min. on lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 6 portions.
- Roll each portion into 12-inch rope. Shape each portion into "U" shape. Cross open ends of "U" about 2-inches from ends. Bring bottom of "U" over crossed ends to form pretzel shape, covering ends of dough. Place, 3 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet or baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Heat oven to 425ºF. Cover pretzels loosely with clean dry kitchen towel or plastic wrap; let stand 15 min. at room temperature or until almost doubled in size. Remove towel.
- Whisk egg and 1/4 cup water until blended. Brush egg mixture lightly on each pretzel. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, mix cheese dip and sour cream in small microwavable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through, stirring after 30 sec. Serve warm pretzels with cheese mixture for dipping.
