USE THIS AS A MARINADE, AND A SEASONING FOR MEATS, SOUPS, AND RICE.A TABLESPOON AT A TIME!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 large red bell peppers, sliced
4 large green bell peppers,sliced
2 large containers of prepeeled garlic cloves
2 bunch fresh cilantro
1 bunch fresh culantro
1 medium spanish onion, sliced

Steps:

  • 1. blend all in the blender(may have to add a table spoon or so of water to get it started. then next batch just leave some in the blender to continue the process more smoother. or if you dont mind it being finely chopped just put it all in the food processor(thats how i do it its just soo much more easier and i dont mind the pieces of veggies in my rice or on my meats).
  • 2. put in plastic containers with covers, put one in refridgerator(holds for a month)and the rest in the freezer(holds for a year).
