2 egg whites; room temp
1 1/4 C. white corn syrup
pinch of salt
1 t. vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat syrup until boiling. Beat egg white to soft peak stage, add salt then slowly pour in hot syrup while continuing to beat until Fluffy and stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
