SNOWMAN CHEESEBALL
This little cheese snowman is quck to put together as a snack for a small crowd. I loved making this because it's so easy and it has a cute factor! People love it.

Steps:
- 1. Cream together the 2 packages of cream cheese
- 2. Add minced garlic if desired.
- 3. Form 2 balls, one smaller than the other and roll the balls in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
