Snowman Cheese ball image

Everyone loves this

Number Of Ingredients 8

16 oz cream cheese
3 oz bacon bits
1 1/4 c walnuts or pecans
1/4 c mayonaise
2 scallions
1/2 c chopped parsley
1 Tbsp prepared white horseradish
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Steps:

  • 1. in large bowl combine all ingredients
  • 2. divide into three balls one small, one, medium and one large. place laying down on platter to form snowman laying down. I usually just use as a ball
  • 3. Chill and serve with crackers.
