Steps:
- Cook spaghetti until just tender. It should be firm to the bite, but not crunchy. Do not overcook. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly again. Allow pasta to cool. In large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with green onions. Mix in cooled pasta until well coated. Add in sesame seeds and mix well. Drain. Toss in sauteed veggies, chicken, beef or shrimp for a complete meal.
