This recipe reminds me of smother potatoes and tastes like it too. We like it as a quick summer side dish and the kids enjoy it.

Steps:
- I like to use my wok or a big skillet for this recipe.
- Slice the zucchini and onion into coins. Mince the garlic then toss everything together with a little olive oil and season with pepper and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning mix.
- Add olive oil and butter to saute pan, when melted saute vegetables over medium to high heat until they are brown. Add chicken broth and cover until your desired tenderness.
