Steps:
- 1. Put the finely chopped onion and butter in a skillet and brown the vidalia.
- 2. While the onion is browning, mix all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 3. After the onion is browned, add the remaining ingredients to the browned onion. Saute the mixture on "low" heat for 20 minutes.
- 4. Lastly, as the sauce simmers, you can taste test to see if you prefer more "cayenne pepper." I usually use 1/2 tsp or a smidge more for my personal taste.
