Smoked Turkey and Couscous image

If you have 30 minutes and six basic ingredients, you can make this one-dish meal tonight!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 cup cut-up fully cooked smoked turkey
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/2 cup uncooked couscous
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

Steps:

  • Heat broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet. Stir in broccoli, turkey and tarragon. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  • Stir in couscous; remove from heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • Fluff couscous mixture with fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
