Smoked Salmon Spread image

I do NOT like salmon, however, this spread has a nice smoky, mild flavor to it - and it is super duper easy to make. This is quickly becoming my favorite "go to" recipe for potlucks.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 oz cooked, smoked salmon
8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
1-2 finely chopped green onions, to suit your taste
1-2 dashes of worcestershire sauce
2-3 dashes of hot sauce (we used sriracha sauce because it's all we had handy, and it worked perfectly)
1 tsp dill weed (i used dried, not fresh)

Steps:

  • 1. Flake the salmon and combine it with all other ingredients. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
