Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400. Combine the cream cheese, parmesan and worchester sauce and whip till smooth. Stir in the red bell pepper, basil, parsley and 2 tsp chives. Fold in the smoked salmon and artichoke hearts. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Spread the dip in a gratin dish and bake for about 10-15 min.
