Steps:
- Place 4 bread slices on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese. Cover with remaining 4 bread slices.
- Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over bread. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Bake, uncovered, in 350°F oven 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
