Steps:
- 1. Place frozen collard greens in the slow cooker.
- 2. Combine the onion, chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, steak seasoning, and liquid smoke together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over greens.
- 3. Place roast (fat side up) over greens. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
