1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 pkt. (0.75 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
3 cups milk
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 pkg. (30 oz.) ORE-IDA Potatoes O'Brien, thawed
1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
3 green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Mix Neufchatel, sour cream and dressing mix in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray until blended. Gradually stir in milk, then broth.
  • Add potatoes, cheese and bacon bits; mix well. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours (or on HIGH 1 to 2 hours), stirring after each hour.
  • Sprinkle with onions before serving.
