Slow Cooker Honey Buffalo Meatballs image

2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
22 saltine crackers
1/3 cup Dry minced onion
1/2 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika, smoked
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 batches INGREDIENTS FOR BUFFALO SAUCE:
1/4 cup Franks's Red Hot Original Sauce (more to taste if needed)
1/4 cup Honey
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup Apricot preserves
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl add eggs and whisk. Add remaining Meatball ingredients. Mix
  • Roll meat into 1" size balls. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 8 min. till browned
  • Meanwhile, mix Honey Buffalo Sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk.
  • Line bottom of slow cooker with meatballs, drizzle with some sauce, then add remaining meatballs and sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Gently stir after one hour. Serve warm.
